Session Details- Please read this carefully!!

Sessions are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone. Ana calls all clients in the United States, unless other arrangements have been made. 


It is always helpful to prepare your animal beforehand whenever possible, ideally a few days before the session. Just let your animal know that Ana will be talking with them on the scheduled day of session. This opens a channel of communication between you and your animal. If the animal is able to prepare they often are more willing to open up, which in turn allows more conversation to take place. Your pet does not have to be present, nor does he or she have to be awake. Please have pen and paper ready to take any notes.

How long do your session last?

I am offering two options a 30 minutes or 60 minutes session. If you would like Ana to read more than one animal, she highly recommends booking the longer session. 


Does the Animal I want to communicate with need to be with me during the session? 

No. The Animal does not have to be present. Ana connects with the animal intuitively and energetically. 


Can I have an Animal communication session with an Animal who has crossed over? 

Yes, sessions are for both Animals who are alive or crossed over. 


Do I need to bring anything to a session? 

Ana suggests her clients to bring a pen and paper to write down any information they receive during the session. Sometimes the information you receive in a session does not make sense at the time, but will later. If you are receiving a 30 minutes session, bring up to 3 questions for the animal, up to 10 if it is a 60 minutes reading.


How does a phone session work? 

Sessions are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone of the U.S. and are 25 or 50 minutes long. Ana calls all clients in North America unless another arrangement has been made (such as Skype). Clients located outside North America must call Ana at their own expense or use Skype. If you would like to hold your session via Skype, please let her know a minimum of 72 business hours prior to your session. Please do not use speaker phone due to call quality problems.


How do I pay for my service?  

Services are paid in advance of our appointment. You can book a session by visiting the Services page and click on the PayPal button you’d like to purchase. Once payment has been received Ana will contact you via e-mail with scheduling times. 



Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

 

To change an existing appointment, please call the office at (617) 459 7641. Ana has a strict 72 business-hour change policy. At that time, a session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 72 business hour change policy.  A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.

To cancel an existing appointment, please call the office at (617) 459 7641. Ana has a strict 72 business-hour cancellation policy. You will be refunded the session fee minus 20% as long as you adhered to the 72 business-hour cancellation policy. If you canceled outside of these guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for canceled or missed appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 

Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.
